BACKGROUND

At the beginning of the 2010 NFL season, these two individuals would have been hugging and fishing.  The Texans were 2-0 and everybody was happy.  Sure both guys recognized the Texans defeciencies on defense but that was OK as long as the Texans continued to pile on W's.  Larry had his problems with Kubiak's decision making as Barry pressed on TOP (Time of Possession).  The first lost came by way of the Dallas Cowboys which happened to be a game Barry Warner called the loss.  Although Barry called the loss, it didn't play to well with Houston fans because he went on and on how he's good friends with Wade Phillips.

Fast forward to Week 8, the Texans are now at 4-4 and a multitude of local issues have risen their head. (this is before the Jaguars)

  • Redskins' game, Kubiak not kicking the field goal
  • Raiders' game, Arian Foster benched in the 1st quarter
  • Kareem "CYA LATER" Jackson
  • Bob McNair continues to be devisive in calling out players while praising coaches
  • Tailgate gate
  • Texans 1st Half meditating services
  • Mental lapses defensively
  • The General and Barry defending Kubiak
  • The Economy
  • Schaub's inability to make a sideline throw because his are is a wet noodle which continuously causes Andre to slow down

FIGHT NIGHT

Larry calls in and begin talking about the Texans.  In all fairness I think Barry was probably insulted because Larry spoke to Shaun Bijani without acknowledging Barry.  I believe that very action set the course.  Larry begins to talk and Barry jumps in and asked "how is coach Kubiak an idiot with a 4-4 record".  Larry replies "I didn't call coach Kubiak an idiot but I will deal with you later Barry".  Larry was correct, he never called Kubiak an idiot but it makes me wonder if that was Barry's subliminal thoughts towards Kubiak.

Larry continued to lay into the Texans, Kubiak and Mcnair while disclosing the mishaps of the organization dating back to the 2009 season.  After Larry finished with the Texans he begin to focus on Barry.  Barry was very respectful in welcoming Larry to the fight but told Larry to hold through a break (something Gavin Spittle don't like).

Once they returned from break, Larry called Barry and John McClain: fossils and relics.  Larry believes that John's and Barry's personal relationship with Kubiak prevents them from being objective.  Once Larry finished, Barry asked politely "are you done" as he proceeded to hit Larry with four jabs to the head and finished the series with a "before you open your pie hole, get your facts straight".

Of course I am not detailing the bout word for word but that's why you have to listen to the audio below.  Honestly, I thought Larry was going to eject and to a degree he did in my opinion but he held his own.  I believe the call was GOLD if he wouldn't have soften the call by saying the General and Barry are older than him in a playful tone.  I thought Barry had one of his classiest moments on radio by allowing Larry to speak although Larry had to point out that Barry always interupts the callers in order to get the callers off point.  Not only does Barry interupt callers but he will also dump a caller if the kitched is too hot.  Example: Craig called Barry (approximately 1 month ago) and said the Rockets should trade Yao Ming, Barry begin doing what Barry do.  Craig told Barry "try your condensending rhetoric with me and see how that works out for you".  Barry's next play move was, EJECT EJECT.  Barry "EJECT" Warner

This fight is ruled in favor of Larry.  After Barry bit Larry's ear with the pie hole blast, Larry continued the fight with a "I'll Holla".

BELOW IS THE AUDIO OF THE FIGHT
