I am not trying to question your intent just trying to get some knowledge of facts. However your reasoning suggests that there are numbers available to overflow from EB2 World to EB2 India. What if there are just enough numbers to keep EB2 World rolling. I will be interesting in learning more about how these allocations work. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Nothing much is going to happen.she clearly has said 6039 is gone.So recapturing no doubt its also gone.
They love illegals than us.Immigration reforms means illegals,amnesty and citizenships.
I havnt received my AP applied Jun 29 2007.Nebraska.
Whenever we call them they have a standard answer 30 days,then 60 days.
Latest 30 days.
Its the same for GC too.
They are least bothered.CHC must have been everything.Is every immigrant genious,scientists,doctors,engineers like they have argued.They cannot build wall with only so called expected genious.
Discrimination to the core.
Not even next summer.

where is USCIS announcing FP dates?
I filed in July and yet to get FP notice.
as far as I know USCIS haven't published any FP related time lines.

I'm smiling. We will certainly try, but the part above (clout etc) would be an overstatement of our current levels of access. :)

I would like to know How to file a complaint about labor fraud? I just found out that my employer didn't file 485 for me and instead he used the labor for someone else. Is there anyway I can file a complaint? I have no other option except to wait until the dates are current again. I paid all the expenses for labor, 140 and 485.

I have now stopped getting phone calls from friends, when I call them they talk to me but divert the topic when I talk about the rally. Many of these people are in real tough situations facing layoffs etc.... but still just do not want to talk about it.
Immigrants are now turning out to be anti immigrants?
A human being can resist himself to such an extent that he starts fighting his own people who want to help him and blindly supports the opposition due to fear?
It all depends on where you come from and how you are raised. On one side we have people who can motivate themselves and can be pushed to any extent, at one stage they seem to start moving mountains - whereas we have these immigrants who have turned anti immigrant just due to excessive fear and anxiety.
Tri State members have been most disappointing. Very few self motivated members worked day and night and are getting tired, but not losing hope. Majority of members not coming forward at all.

I got my AP approved in approx 50 days. It was filed on 10/14/10 at NSC, mailed supporting documents within 7 days of filing it online and got approval yesterday(12/6/10) without any RFE.

Based on what Sheela wrote looks like it is related with lot of money transfer. I am thinking that is true because of the name 'Immigration and Customs Enforcement'. If it is related with just immigration then I don't think Customs Enforcement will come into picture. bujjigade123, did you do lot money movement from US-India-US? Why did they visit your employer 2 months back? Do you know what they asked your employer?
